How it works
Booking is simple.
- Step 01
Free quote with measurements
Send the dimensions or address — we'll quote a fixed price per square metre, including any re-sanding required.
- Step 02
Rotary surface clean
We use a rotary surface cleaner rather than a single jet, which produces an even finish without zebra-stripes or gouging.
- Step 03
Re-sand & optional sealant
Block paving is re-jointed with kiln-dried sand on completion. We can apply a colour-enhancing sealant on request.
FAQs
Questions, answered.
Will pressure washing damage block paving?
Not with a rotary surface cleaner used correctly — and our re-sand step protects the joints from weed regrowth. Single-jet washing without re-jointing is what causes problems.
Can you clean decking without damaging it?
Yes. Softwood decking needs a lower pressure than stone or concrete; we adjust for the surface and use the rotary head to keep the finish even.
Do you offer sealants?
Yes — for block paving and natural stone we can apply a colour-enhancing or matt sealant that locks in joints, prevents staining and slows weed regrowth.
How long does a patio job take?
Most domestic patios and driveways are completed in a single day, with re-sanding and sealant a follow-up visit once fully dry.
